sierra charts real time futures data

I subscribed to Sierra Charts Futures Data on Saturday and am very happy with the product. The only symbol that I am currently receiving is the YM-201403-ecbot(m) . I am not receiving the es-fut-globex or nq-fut-globex. I am using Interactive brokers and have downloaded the most current version. Is there a way that I can get the es or nq ? I have also put a check next to allow support for sierra charts data feed.

Looks like you may be using the wrong symbols for ES and NQ. Go to those charts and select Chart >> Chart Settings. Press the Find button beside the Symbol box at reselect the symbol .
