i trade the SPY with TPO. often times i get a "bad print" in N period as some would call it when a lot of rebalancing is going on. is there a way to remove these or ignore these? i have a lot of my references set automatically, such as 1/2, high/low, etc. value area and POC have been affected by this as well. i do like to have my time frame set until 16:15:00 so i can get the true close, so setting it to 16:00:00 would not be an option. attached is fridays chart with the bad print in the red outlined rectangle

We have been aware of this and we have removed the trades that should not be in an Intraday chart for this symbol.

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.

If there are still any points were you see an obvious "Error", let us know the date and time and time zone.

Provide an image of a chart showing an out of range value and we will look into this:

And let us know the time zone that you have Sierra Chart set to.
