Errors in event log, Limit orders malfunctioning

Hello,

I have noticed that my limit orders, either buy or sell, are malfunctioning.

For example, when I place a Sell limit order, the stop loss will function sporadically. Today it was horrible, since the stop loss dissapeared when the price got to it in a Buy Limit, the order was still alive. I let it run and then placed a Sell limit, and it closed out the position I had opened in the first place and kept the second one alive, but once again, the stop loss dissapeared.

Can you look at the event log and tell mw what is happening since it cost me more than 1,000 dolars today due to a software error

Would be best that we use a remote assistance session so we understand precisely what is happening. Could we call you at your telephone number you have in your account information?

Seems like the stop order is getting rejected by the trading server for reasons which we do not know at this time.
