why no intraday data?

When I pull up an historical chart or an intraday chart on my computer at work, they both come right up. On my laptop at home, historical charts come up for any commodity, but I can't get any intraday chart to come up. I've tried off and on for months. Below is the log of my attempt tonight to pull up an intraday chart for nqu3.
