Can't connect my SC to CTS T4 Topstep Trader Combine Sim Acct Data Feed

Hi all

I hope I can get some help here. I am having issues with connecting CTS T4 data into Sierracharts. I read the connection instructions and they seem straight forward enough. I paid for a level 5 membership and I have a working T4 Trading Combine that has working CTS Data.

Here is the message I received. I followed the instructions on how to enter the data into SC and used my username and password as well as the firm name for Topstep Trader that is used with my T4 acct (ptp). Thank you in advance for any help to connect.

FOR FIRM NAME I TRIED BOTH (PTP and ptp) Otherwise I just use my Username and PW from CTS-T4 as usual

You should be able to connect now because your Sierra Chart account is no longer affiliated with a broker. Try connecting again with File >> Connect to Data Feed.
