I trade all-in scale out, is it possible to enter with 4 lots trading qty at one click, so that after the fill trading qty automatically would be reduced to 1, so I could scale out discretionary by 1, without having to change qty in the trading window? otherwise I sometime forget to change from 4 to 1 and thereby exiting full position

I wish. After a resting order from Configuration-A is filled, automatically switch to order Config-B (different quantity, not using attached etc). You can manually switch order config with hotkeys, but unless you have the Trade Window open, there is no way to know what order config is actually active, as associated order config control bar buttons don't show a "pressed" state.
