Daily data backfil problem

Hi, I'm having a problem with backfilling of daily data (intraday is working OK). There is no problem with any of the individual stocks daily data, but most of the stock indexes are not backfilling. Following indexes are not backfilling INDU-I-NYSE SPX-I-CBOE COMP-I-NASDAQ RUT-I-RUSSELL SOX-I-PHLX Following indexes are backfilling properly BKX-I-PHLX NYA-I-PSE DTX-I-CBOE This seems weird that some indexes are working properly and others aren't. I am on Plan 3. I was using "Use Primary Service Server". If I had a problem with missing daily data (usually because I hadn't logged on for a couple of days), I would use the chart method "Delete and Download Data" and that would fill in the missing data. This no longer fills in the missing data. I switched to "Use Sierra Chart Historical Data Service" and thought that would cure the problem. It's not working either. Please do the following: 1. Enable this Historical Daily Data service source: "Use Primary Service Server". 2. Go to each of the charts and select Chart >> Chart Settings. Press the Find button beside the Symbol box. 3. Reselect the symbol. It will be a different symbol format because the data comes from our own service. 4. Press OK press OK. Repeat the symbol selection for each chart. After this is done, if there is any missing data in the chart go to Edit >> Delete All Data and Download.
