Most likely this is a case where the order is getting rejected in which case there will be an error in the Trade Service Log. Follow the instructions here so we can see that:

Was it your intention to submit a sell stop order? If you are using the Trading DOM check the order types which are used based upon whether you are left or right clicking and where relative to last trade price. Refer to:

THIS ISSUE IS HAPPENING AGAIN.

MY SEEL STOP AND BUY STOP ORDERS ARE IMMEDIATELY BEING CANCELLED. TOP STEP TRADER AND RITHMIC ARE TELLING THAT THE ISSUE IS NOT ON THEIR END. CAN YOU HELP.

I am not sure if I understand you. Let me be clear about what I am doing:
Two Contracts
Stop Limit Order
Sell
Above Price
Again, I have been making this type of trade for over a year with two issues that I reported to you, It was fixed by you [ or seemingly so ] and my trades were then taken just fine.

How is this different this time?

If you place Sell Stop Limit order with a trigger price above the last trade it would trigger immediately. If you sent such an order to Globex, globex would reject it (as stops which trigger immediately are not allowed). Our simulator also rejects Sell Stop orders (Stop Limit or Stop Market) which trigger immediately.

You cannot put a sell stop order above the market. That just will not work. Understand that. It will not work and it is going to get rejected. This is why the orders are rejected. There is nothing wrong here. No one is going to provide you any further help on this. You cannot do what you are doing.
