We are testing this now but for the time being, update to the very latest prerelease:
Software Download: Fast Update

Set Chart >> Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings 3 >> Number of Levels for Bid/Ask Depth Calculations to 500 or any nonzero number. This will use the prior calculation method.

So far we are not reproducing any difference whether we are using incremental calculations or full calculations at each end of batch.

One thing to check is that in both of those charts you posted is to make sure they are loading the same number of days. And reload each one with Chart >> Reload and Recalculate.

now with SC 1989 the output of the Bid & Ask Depth Bars study is exactly the same as SC 1983
