updated SC and lost an important feature on my dom

I have updated my sc/cqg and have lost a very important feature on my dom
it no longer saves the recent bid/ask information
I have been using 1700 up until now as it saved that info
Can you fix this?

There could not be any problems with this functionality. It is not clear specifically what the problem you are describing is as these columns only hold the recent Bid and Ask volume anyway.

Check all of the settings which affect Recent Bid and Ask Volume which are documented here:

here is a screen shot from version 1700

the 2 columns to the right are the recent bid and ask
they remain visible till trade goes thru them
in the newer versions this data does not remain

after reading the info you posted
it appears there is no way to adjust the milliseconds (recnt bid ask) on version 1700
are you stating that that option is available on newer versions?

Uncheck the option for Reset Recent Bid/Ask Volume on Bid/Ask Change found on Trade >> Chart DOM Settings. Refer to the following:
Global Trade Settings Windows: Reset Recent Bid/Ask Volume on Bid/Ask Change (Global Settings >> Chart DOM Settings >> Other >> Other Settings)
