Control Bars disappear

My control bars continue to disappear from time to time. When i click Window>Control Bars, it shows they are selected, but they do not appear. i have to deselect, the reselect them. I have not been able to pin point what this associated with; whether its minimizing and restoring or something else, i'm not quite sure. Are you aware of the issue, is there something i need to do to correct it? |

We cannot reproduce the problem. Provide us the Sierra3.cfg file. Also if you can provide some specifics, that will help, such as how long it takes to see that problem after running the application, is the problem only reproducible on detached charts and if yes, how many control bars are you are using for detached charts. Attached file. These are all detached charts / Chart DOMs. I'm using 2 Control Bars on each of these Chart DOMs. I wish i could be more helpful with the "when". I will have to try to monitor it more closely to see if i can pin point it more closely. It does not occur during normal usage. it has something to do with minimizing or changing monitors. For instance: i have three monitors, 2 remote, one on-board laptop monitor. if i take my laptop remote, and try to open SC with just my laptop monitor I am fairly certain that when i reopen SC with the remote monitors attached, i will not have the Control Bars. I will try to get you closer. This is not an emergency issue, just an annoyance. |

I'm able to reproduce this problem. Any detached chart window that is minimized when the Sierra program is closed/exit will not have its control bar visible on the next program startup. I have to deselect & select the control bar again from the Window/Controls Bars menu. My workaround for now is to have all chart windows displayed before I exit the program. This is on version 1983.
