How do I highlight values greater than 100 in numbers bars?

There is no way to do it directly within the Numbers Bars study. The best option is to use the Volume at Price Threshold Alert V2, which will give you an indicator to the side of the bar at the price level at which the volume exceeds the amount you set.

You can also use 2 copies of this study, one for Bid volumes and one for Ask volumes. Then change the Draw Type for the Ask volume study to Square Offset Right for Candlestick, so you will be able to see both the indicators for the Bid and Ask sides.

Refer to the documentation here:

Is it possible to do the opposite? Highlighting values less than a certain threshold?

No, it is not supported to highlight a value less than a certain threshold in the Numbers Bars or Volume at Price Threshold Alert V2.

But, if you are wanting to color a bar, or place a marker, then you can use the Color Bar Based on Alert Condition. Refer to the information here:

Thanks John,
With this study is it possible to identify and highlight certain VAPs within the bar?
I was trying to use BVAP + AVAP within the Alerts Condition of the color bar study, but I couldn't work out how to look at the entire bar. It seemed I had to specify the price level that I wanted to look at, which in that case is pointless.

If you are just looking for the entire volume of the bar, then you would use the special identifier of V in the Alert Condition formula. Refer to this section for a list of these identifiers:

No, whilst I am interested in assessing the entire bar, the total volume for the bar had no value, I am wanting to analyse volume at every price level within the bar. I sense I will need ACSIL to accomplish this?

While it may be possible to do some basic things regarding the Bid and Ask Volumes within the Simple Alerts, you really do need to use ACSIL in order to have the full access to the data.
