Estimating data usage to switch providers. Believe ST refers to number of contracts I'm following. The DF number looks like it could coordinate to data usage as it is constantly growing until TWS exit then begins growing again on resignon. Is there a rough coordination?

The best way to determine the network bandwidth required is to use the Windows Task Manager and look at the Networking tab.
