CQG order routing disconnection

Today it happened twice the following connection error:

What happened? I continued to receive SC datafeed but CQG routing was lost for many seconds ( circa 30s )

I missed the fill notification of a pending order (~ 16.22.10) that was never seen by Sierra. In attachment you could find the TradeActivityLog and the Message log

It's not a frequent issue, just today two times near each other.

Do you know if CQG had an issue at its side today? Any other people with the same issue at 9.22 AM US time?

CQG connection problems are very common. And we don't not know the answer to your questions. If people have a problem they are going to post it here. We do not have any further information.

In regards to post #2 I have the Sierra Chart Datafeed with CQG order route, so it does not apply to my question about an explanation of the trade log

BTW I noticed that on Sierra DTC server I received a "CQG fills data (Restored) and it was not communicated to Sierra DTC client

Yes we are looking into this. We will be looking at this today. There is the ability for downloaded order fills in the main instance to automatically go to sub instances. We need to make sure this is implemented for CQG.

correct, this seems to not be implemented for CQG in SC 1983

The sending of non-simulated order fills downloaded by the main instance of Sierra Chart, now are sent to a sub instance. This is supported in version 1988 and higher.
