youve just charged me 26 USD when I stated earlier that I HAVE AMP BROKER FREE POACKAGE 3 of SIERRA!!

EVERYONE TOLD MER IT WOULD BE SEEMLESSD BUIT IT WASNT!! IT DISCONNECTED ME!! THEN asked to reconnect and that RECONNECTION you charged me $26USD

CaN YOU PLEASE revese THAT PAYMENT AD DO WHATEVER IT IS? tHIS IS SO DIFFICULT.why is there no EMAIL support or PHONE?

This is the proper contact method and your conclusion is completely incorrect.

Sierra Chart does not charge users. Users have full control over their own billing. If you are charged it is simply because of payments you have made on your account and the services you have activated. These are two of the actions you performed:

User pressed "Update and Renew Now"
Set Auto-Renew for Service Package to 3 - Standard. Set to renew every 1 month.

Also, the Sierra Chart account you are using right now and you made a payment on, is your own Sierra Chart account. Not one provided by AMP. This account has to be paid for.

We will refund the 26 USD back to your services balance.
