Trades chart not working

With rollover to ESZ9 my time charts are working but my 987 Trades chart is not working. Scale range is on automatic and interactive scale range is not fixing it. Can you help?

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.

"Delete all Data and Download" does not fix the problem. The time charts are working and the trades chart is not.
