Hello,

it seems no matter where I look at I cannot find the settings for coloring "price" on a price scale.

It shows two colors one for uptick one for downtick I guess but I don't know where I can change them.

Advice please.

Thank you!

Greg

Also note the two settings just below Last Trade Price Box to set the Text color and Outline color.

Guys, thanks for your willingness to help. However, please see attached pics. Those are my setting. So how come I have a "red" price shown on my charts? Where does that color come from? What am I missing here, please? This chart is using these settings as shown. Thank you.

check again:
Menu / Chart / Graphics Settings - Chart .... "Use Global Graphics Settings Instead of These Settings"

There are two places to potentially set Graphics Settings - one under Global Settings and the other under Chart Settings. This allows you to have different Chart Graphics Settings, if you desire. Refer to the following information:

Hi,
I did as advised.
I selected Use Global setting for the selected chart but I still see price colored red.
None of the settings in /Global have red selected.
I am not following...

Red is nice ... could be worse ... for example pink :)

Seriously:
Try another, it's possible some study is doing it. Save your chart and then try to remove the studies you have there. Values and names may appear on the right side. You'll find out if there is an error in the sierra settings or not.

Hi,
I removed all the studies. Still the same problem, price is red without any red color chosen in graphical settings.
What would be the solution?
Thanks,
Greg

Is this happening on all charts, or just on that one?

Also, make sure that that chart is selected (active) prior to selecting Chart >> Chart Settings, to ensure that you are getting the chart settings for that specific chart and not for another one.

Go back to the Global settings by selecting Global Settings >> Graphics Settings and change the color of the Last Trade Price Box Foreground and select OK. Let us know if the color of the text changes for any of your charts.

Hi,

okay, I did that.

The attached chart is using "Global" settings and this is the screenshot of the Global settings - blue color chosen.

I don't see any effect on my charts, no blue.

Try disabling the following options -
Global Setting -> Graphics Settings - Global -> Colors and Widths -> Chart DOM Last Price Text Bid Trade
Global Setting -> Graphics Settings - Global -> Colors and Widths -> Chart DOM Last Price Text Ask Trade
