Unable to add Twitter account

Hi,
I tried to add my twitter account on the twitter control panel but was unsuccessful. After clicking on the Authorise app button, I am directed back to the twitter control panel page but my twitter account is still not linked.
Please advise me on this. Thank you very much.

I am experiencing the same issue. I am unable to link any twitter account. After I click the link twitter account button on sierrachart.com I am redirected to twitter and click the authorize button, which then takes me back to sierrachart.com, but it logs me out and the twitter account remains unlinked.

This should be resolved. You do need to relogin to the Sierra Chart website though.

Hi,

I have the same problem as the thread opener. I have one twitter account already added to my SC account some time ago, but when I want to add another one, I get an HTTP 500 error when I click on Authorise app button.
