Cannot open orders on Bitmex

Hello,

Every time i wanted to open an order on Bitmex, the log gave me this:

New order rejected - BitMEX Trading Direct error: Unsupported execInst. Internal Order ID: 210. Service Order ID: (none). Symbol: XBTUSD-BMEX. Account: 158046 | 2019-09-05 19:42:53.904 *

What is this, and how to resolve it?
