cme bundled exhange fees

I use the denali data feed as a Transact client. Am I supposed to be charged the cme bundle exchange fees by both Transact and Sierra. It was my understanding this would not be the case but it obviously is.

Kevin in your case we recommend looking at another broker. Transact has not yet responded to our email to them about you. To avoid the potential of this you would need to do all of your trading from Sierra Chart. But even then you could still be billed the CME fees from Transact anyway. I am willing to begin all trading through sierra chart. I am am willing to do this even if I would be charged cme exchange through Transact. How doe the non professional agreement work if all my trading is through Transact? Do I still have my trades routed through and cleared by Transact. Are there other unforeseen costs or problems associated with this that you are aware of?

Yes, you will still have the trades routed through Transact. . How doe the non professional agreement work if all my trading is through Transact? There is no impact related to this.But if you are going to stay with Transact, then for now just use their own software to enter orders for now because on the latest versions of Sierra Chart the new connection method for trading is not yet supported by Transact.
