[Programming Help] - Sierra Chart has stopped working - reason unknown

I have a custom study that reads a CSV file, which is being updated frequently by VBA macros, and the study uses the data to create a SCID file. This study has been running correctly for several months. Last weekend, it started to have problems. Initially, I thought it was due to a Windows update that had just completed, so I rolled the update back, but the study problems remained. The first difference I noted was that the input CSV file seemed to generate a "permission denied" error when it was opened for input. That issue was solved and the study started running and producing the SCID file. However, after several hours, a message "Sierra Chart has stopped working" appeared and the only option was to close it down.
There is no indication of what caused Sierra to stop. The message text simply says that "a problem caused Sierra Chart to stop working correctly". I've run several tests, putting more and more diagnostic prints in the study, but there is no discernible pattern as to where and when it stops. Often, it will run for 8 or 9 hours before stopping, sometimes only for 20 minutes. There is no growth in memory usage and no increase in CPU prior to the error message. Data on the CSV input file at the time of the problem is correctly formatted. I've tried several different versions of Sierra Chart, but all exhibit the same problem.
Can you give any clues as to what might be causing Sierra Chart to stop, or where to look for information on what type of problem occurred?
Thanks.
