I am having a lot problems with sierra charts entering orders.i put in a limit order and and I get filled at market why is what. I Use brackets so I stop and 1 limit to get me out of a trade.Today I put in an order and it did not place my stop only my limit.When markets are volatile I need a stop.this caused me too lose 0ver 10 points because of this, I even tried flattening the position and it still kept me in.I want a solution to my problem.This is very trusting when I have no control of this.I have used Sierra charts since the being of the year and I have never experienced this problem before.This is causing me money.

Yes it is living trading.Ive lost money because of this platform problems.I have already factory restored my computer and reinstalled sierracharts and I'm still having the same issue and you want me to pay for my problem to get fixed?
