Sierra chartbook problem

Chartbook with Rangebars hang and causing PC to hang as well.
After I open the chartbook, the historical data is being downloaded automatically. Then it caused the whole computer to go into a halt. nothing can be done but to force shut down.

Please advise.

After shutting down Sierra Chart, start Sierra Chart again and disable Open Files on Startup on the Login window.

Do not open any of your Chartbooks. Open Intraday charts for the symbols you use through File >> New/Open Intraday Chart.

And then follow the instructions below:

To re-download the data in the chart to correct the data error during the 17:00 US Eastern time hour:

Scroll the chart back in time to that data error then right-click on the chart before the data error and select Delete and Download Data. You only need to do this once per symbol.
