Issue Charting Intraday with CQG

I have a demo account with CQG in order to validate that I can use them as a replacement for Gain.

I'm trying to load an intraday (1min) chart of gold, CQG symbol: F.US.GCEZ19.

It shows a flat line for a long period of time today. The chart's session start/end times are set to 00:00:00 and 23:59:59. See first screenshot.

If I change the chart's session start/end times to 15:00:00 and 14:00:00 (which is correct for my time zone), the chart looks normal. Second screenshot.

With Gain data, I don't have to make this adjustment. If I use CQG, will I have to manually set the session start/end times for each and every symbol and chart that I want to look at?

What's causing this?

Thank you.

Instructions updated:

To re-download the data in the chart to correct the data error during the 17:00 US Eastern time hour:

Right-click on the chart before the data error and select Delete and Download Data.

The reason for the problem, is that there are special values which are recorded with Intraday data now which is used to build accurate daily bar data and inadvertently that got into the historical data for CQG in a format which was not getting filtered out on serving data. This is now resolved.

That resolved the issue. Thank you. I tried that yesterday but it didn't work.
