no data in CTS from 6-21 to 7-2

Hello,

i use CTS and there aren't data in intraday charts from 6-21 to 7-2 (2013).
I use YM, NQ and ES.
i have attached two images.

Update Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Prerelease.

If the data is still missing, this is a server issue that we cannot help with. You will need to contact CTS. When contacting CTS, do not use the Continuous Futures Contract feature and let them know specifically which data is missing from which market. And that you are using CTS FIX.
