Rolled soft and grain prices this morning. All as expected apart from incorrect price levels for previous days on daily charts for SBN3 prev close = 6.2 daily vs 17.8 on intraday and ZWN3 prev close = 3.15 daily vs 7.03 on intraday. Using TransAct for intraday and Sierra for historical data. Sierra v 962. Inspecting chart in more detail showed that chart / "Perform futures symbol rollover" had moved contracts to SBN03 and ZWN03 i.e. data 10 years old. Re-loading chart to SBN13 and ZWN13 gave daily charts with correct price. Never seen this situation before. Please advise. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2013-04-11 09:38:53

We looked into this and do not know why this would occur. We did not observe this ourselves. The only reasonable explanation is that the computer's clock was not set accurately. But it's hard to imagine it would be years off. The main thing is that you have the correct symbol now. So we consider this closed.
