I have no possibility to MOVE placed orders from the CHARTS for last couple of days

Dear Sir

For last couple of days, after placing order frm the chart, BUY sto/sell stop
or buy limit/sell limit, there is no possibility for change/move
order from the chart. I can only move attached orders.

After moving order they are coming back to their old posistion

So I can only place order in ONE price. Also it is very difficult to CANCEL
thar order - still looks, like it would be placed ?

I have instaled today latest version , and I use now AT 1941 ( recommended by support by Trans Act)
They can not HELP me any more,

In my copy of 1941, I have 2 Transact connections.

One which works, called Transact Trading, and another that does not, called Transact Trading WS.

Looking at the .pdf you posted, it looks like you selected the Websocket version of the data connection (WS).

Try changing that to the old Legacy TA bridge connection, which should simply say Transact Trading, and you should be successful when live trading resumes on Sunday night.

Just my two cents as a fellow SC user.

Are you having this issue when running version 1941? We would expect in the current version of Sierra Chart which is 1975, that you would not be able to enter an order at all from Sierra Chart and the orders would just get completely rejected.

Hello, thanks for answer. It does not help - I already have this sellected - Transaction trading.
So it is not this problem.

Trying today morning - Still I have no possibility to MOVE orders from the chart.
ALSO after placing this kind of order - it is disapears after few minutes from the CHART !

So now only possibility to place order - is BUY/SELL market order - they works
Please send me sollution - I can`t work now.

Ok we see you are running version 1941. Based upon what we see in the PDF document it looks as though there is a connectivity problem the bridge program is having to the Transact server. That is not something we can help with ourselves.

For now just do trading from the Transact software. And hopefully within the next couple of weeks, trading will be supported on the new Transact websocket connection. The exact timing of the release depends upon Transact.
