Adding usage credit

Hello. I've tried to add usage credit but it won't let me. Not sure why? I click on make a payment of 26. Then it gives me two options so i click authorize.net and it goes to the next screen says continue but it doesn't go anywhere. Have tried over and over same thing

Paypal won't let me use my card for some reason or I would've done that. So i'm screwed til you fix it

There was nothing for us to fix. But the pop up window from Authorize.net should be working now. Apparently they had a problem earlier. However, we do consider the integration that authorize.net provides as substandard and we are looking at using a different method.
