Data trouble - interrupted data and error messages

I have had this problem for many months and I'm finally frustrated enough to contact you. Why does this seem to happen every 30 minutes? It usually happens in the mornings. I have MANY more of these images if you need more, let me know.
Please advise as to how to resolve this problem, ASAP.
