Hi,

If i use Sierra for my charting but another software package for trade execution. Do i need to pay the exchange live data fees twice?

Also, whilst i'm waiting for my trading account to be setup can I get free historical data?

Thanks
Tom

Not normally.

What Data or Trading service will you be using Sierra Chart with? See this section for the list:

Hi,

Thanks for the reply, i will be using TT Web most likely. So how does it work, if i get a TT account with my broker i just open an account with you and then i assume theres some product key or something TT give me so you know to use that data?

Is there any other cost involved?

Regards
Tom

Sierra Chart does not support the TT data feed, so you do need to use a separate data feed with Sierra Chart and pay the exchange fees a second time.

If you are a professional and will be paying professional fees, then you only have to pay them once but that has to be specially arranged and is time-consuming.
