We have already contacted Transact about this for you. These are the relevant messages:
TransAct WS | Sending account logon message. Simulated Live | 2019-08-10 10:02:57.954
TransAct WS | Account logon error: -1(-1) | 2019-08-10 10:02:58.032

You should be hearing from them or they will just correct the problem and then you will be able to connect.

Their solution is to install v1941. Which i have done already. My next question is will i ever be able to update SC or will i be stuck at v1941 forever?

According to Transact you will be able to use the current version. There should not be any problem but the trading websocket API from them is not yet ready but that does not prevent Sierra Chart from receiving the real-time data on the new websocket connection in versions passed 1941.

As far as the trading support goes, we will see if that becomes available in a week or so from them. If not, we will make the bridge program available again in current versions of Sierra Chart.

If and when the websocket supposedly becomes available for trading, if you deprecate the TA bridge, kindly leave the option to use it available as a "legacy/unsupported" connection for users who really need it.

It just makes sense for users who want to go direct with Sierra, but need to make sure that connectivity option is always available for both trading and charting thru Transact/Infinity.
