no connection to interactive brokers-sierra and IB TWS in different computers.

Hi,
I have Sierra and Interactive Brokers TWS in different computers.I am Using data from Sierra and IB
I configured as in your documents. But it is not working properly and says no data.
When the two platforms are in the same computer it is working properly.
I talked with Interactive Brokers service and they did not know how to solve the problem.

Please advise me how to solve the issue.

Check in Trade Service Setting "Instance Client ID", TWS needs diffrent one for every client. After update of SC , somtimes SC set them to default.:(

The relevant message is this:

On the computer which is running TWS make sure that the firewall is allowing connections to TWS for incoming connections. Or you can allow the port number 7496. That should solve the problem.
