BitMex - Order issues

Hi, I have an erroneous trade log (enc.), I recognize up to the first two trades of 07.08 (yesterday) but my Journal & Bitmex shows a 3rd trade of 250000 with a small win of ~ $130 (at yesterday's fix) the last trade showing of 154k contracts with an exit of 268k contracts is an anomaly.

Also I made a trade earlier today at 8:35 CET that doesn't show at all ...

Can you suggest some sort of resolution? Or do I need to clear & reset somehow? (upgrade to a new version??)

I'm not sure why this request is "garbage"... I've have been a paying customer for years and only request infrequently when I have major issues (not many), SC software is the most important tool in my trading. I'm just asking nicely for a fix so I can continue trading.

I'm happy to delete all records and start fresh if that is what is needed (I can get the data via BitMex), please can you confirm deletion as a course of action or upgrading to a new version (I'm on 1941)

What is garbage is BitMex and we cannot help with specific issues. And we will have no tolerance for any specific issues brought like this here.

Yes you should try re-downloading the order fills and we will provide detailed instructions later today.
