hello
i went over the trade types in the manual and forums, but am not clear on what is the corresponding sierra order type to some bitmex orders. for example for a bitmex "take profit limit " order, what is the sierra command for this? and also how do i specify the options "close on trigger" and "hidden"?
thanks

for example for a bitmex "take profit limit " order

For this you will want to use Attached Orders:
Attached Orders

This is just a Target order.

and also how do i specify the options "close on trigger" and "hidden"?
You might be able to do these through execution instructions. Refer to:

hello

i'm still not clear on the bitmex order types.

when I create a bitmex order that is take profit limit, (position already open and stop exists) it requires a trigger and limit. it also says it can not increase the position only reduce. that shows up in SC chart as LIT.

when I create a limit if touched order in SC, it does not ask for a trigger. how to make it the same as the bitmex order above, and also, the same that it only can reduce.

when I created a stop limit target in SC, the chart display showed "Client" not server so the stop was not showing in the Bitmex webchart. I didn't choose "Client in SC"). similarly, the take profit order showed "Client" even though I didn't choose that.

please advise
thanks

Hello

I had another problem with Bitmex. When I placed an OCO order, I did not choose "client" yet the open order in bitmex web client has no stop or target but in SC they are shown as Child-client (See attachment 1) so they don't show up in the bitmex web client. What am I doing wrong?

Also, in another case, I had stop market and price moved through the stop it the markers in SC and bitmex vanished but the order did not execute. It happened twice already. See attachment 2.

When I set that on the bitmex web client it works fine.

Please advise.

Thanks
