Trades not forwarded to Trading Service

I am running an automated system that will not forward the trades to the Trading Service. Error message says that trade cannot be sent because "a position exists or working order qualities indicate a potential position and Multiple entries in the same direction is not enabled. Position with working orders -4. Positions with market orders -4". There are no working orders as far as I know. I am using version 1967. Need some help getting the system to fire.

That message is indicating there is currently a short position of 4 for the Symbol and Trade Account which can be seen here in the case of live trading:

Yes it magically fired at 13:57 my time. Has been failing all day Prior to that. Other trades in the log are from other systems. Trying to find out which ones work. They all worked. I reverted back to the 1942 Sierra version and the system in question fired. I'll watch this again tomorrow and see what happens. Not at all convinced it is working correctly. Thanks for taking a look.
