hello, as I continue to migrate everything over to the Denali, TT feed, finding additional quirks that need fixing. Tonight, found that most of your CBOT grain quotes are NOT in format that will facilitate orders. Getting order rejections for "illegal price".

I assume this is because currently the quotes come in in this format "4.0000", rather than this "400.00". I noticed this issue tonight across soybeans, wheat, KCBT wheat, and corn (only on DOM for corn, charts seem fine). I have updated the symbol settings but cannot get the prices to show properly on the DOM. The corn chart shows proper updated format (400.00), but the DOM is still showing 0.25 ticks in 1/1000ths. (400.0000) is there a solution in the works?

We are now aware of this. Stage 5 pointed this out. Sierra Chart has supported TT since 2010 and at that time and in subsequent years the settings that exist now were correct because they were used without a problem.

We think there may have been some formatting change by TT with their new TT platform with pricing for the grains. but we cannot say definitively. We are going through all the settings for the grains, this evening and verifying them.

We will update this thread with what needs to be done on your side.

We have completed updating the TT/SC order routing grain symbols. Follow the instructions here to update the symbol settings:

Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings

Also you need to re-download the data in the charts for these symbols:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.
