Sounds reasonable from a tech point of view but let's try to be pratical:
I check with 1941 I have 20 charts the slower chart take 25ms to load drawing CHart settings Advance setting3 it is where I took the data, the fast takes 9ms.
My studies to get the trading signal takes from 0 to 120ms.
So let's say I set to 1000ms the time interval or more I will get 10 or more studies calculation but I will get only one updated that means I potentially will get in delay the trading signal.
And again I have a software 1941 made by You that is working fine with these settings and you create a new version that at least for the control buttons has significant delay, due to the new way of managing the MSFT messages, and it is clear that the critical points is there in fact before there was some freeze now they were patched but a delay in the command it is present.
Thx for your time.

You need to manage this through the Chart Update Interval. It sounds like you just need to use a global setting of 500 ms. But you may need to go higher.

For the chart or Trading DOM you are trading from you need to simplify that and lower it to what you require. You can set a custom setting for each individual chart:
Chart Settings: Chart Update Interval in Milliseconds (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Display >> Chart Update Interval menu)

You can make that 100 ms if you want.

And also the simple fact is you are not getting updates, as often as you think. At times they are multiple times slower regardless of what Chart Update Interval you are using in older Sierra Chart versions.

In regards to your first post, you need to realize you are never going to convince us otherwise because we understand how everything works.

And the old implementation, was not an efficient one. It is not something we can continue with. Chart updating is something that you must manage and you fully can manage. You just need to follow what we tell you.

Having said that, we will come up with the best dynamic management of chart updates that we can. We have released some additional changes in the second revision of 1963. Most users are not going to have a problem. If you just follow the guidance we gave in the post above you will solve the problem.
