Min Bar Chart Data - Feed Does Not Load Complete Historical Data

When I try to view a chart in the 1M,5M,10M,30M,1H bar views, the historical data only goes back to 7-22-2019. I have tried to change the Date Range in Chat Settings, although that value will not change and it is showing a date of 2016-5-18. Could someone assist? Phone number to call? A quick note, the Dly and weekly bar views show a data set going back to 2017-06-28. |
