DL'd ver 1957 this morning and now data downloads connect and the blue "Downloading ..." message flashes followed by a red "Download Failed" message. First time this has happened in years. Account is active and paid up. Any ideas appreciated. TIA.

Update: Finally figured out what is going on. All Bitstamp feeds suddenly disappeared from the symbols list. Would have bee nice to get notice on this. Does this kind of thing happen often?

There is only one Bitstamp symbol and you can find it under File >> Find Symbol >>Cryptocurrencies.

It works properly and historical data is available. We do not observe any problems with this symbol.

We see what the problem is. You have the wrong Service selected. You need to use SC Data-All Services. This is explained here:

"File >> Find Symbol >>Cryptocurrencies" is not found in my Find Symbol List. I have tried disconnecting and re-connect of the data feed and updating the symbols list. The missing symbol, "BTC-BSTMP" disappeared from the list one day last week. Please help as nothing has changed except the loss of the symbol fron the list. TIA.

Select "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings". What is the "Service" at the top left set to?
