I got my 14 day trial period with Sierra Charts by going thru AMP futures whom I didn't have an account with. After a week of testing Sierra Charts, I knew this was my Charting package and filled out an new account form with AMP futures but after 5 days, inquire about the progress, I was told they couldn't read the address on Utility Bill. Why no email? I quickly sent 5 more photos but so far heard nothing except they were received. I'm afraid of losing my work I done on Sierra Charts and made an copy of Data folder just in case. Don't know when things get straighten out that an new App will get send by Sierra that wipes out the test one and even if I copy folder of Data back into Sierra will even recover my work or not. I just don't know what to do.

You will never lose anything with Sierra Chart because everything is locally saved on your system and an expired account has no effect upon what is saved.
