Hi, and thanks in advance for your help. I would like to keep a Custom Tick Size value every time I open certain symbols. I found a SC Forum post that suggests to open Global Symbol Settings and change the tick size in there for each symbol. If a symbol is not in the list, the posts suggest to add the symbol to the list. Problem is when I add the symbol (for this example: ZS - zscaler) it looks like its not recognized,( I have noticed the other symbols in the list have a $ dollar sign before the ticker - should I then add a dollar sign e.g. $ZS?) What am I doing wrong? |

You need to add the exact symbol you are using. There should not be any difficulty with this. The documentation is on this page: Global Symbol Settings Do not use a $ if that is not part of the symbol. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
