Tick Chart Differs from Friends

Using the exact same Chartbook, we have bars show at 1000 ticks, but the times are different. They start off the same for the day and then they start to differ. I've tried to delete the scid file and delete/download. Any suggestions?

I'm on ESZ3, and my chartbook is off by 8 seconds compared to my friend. Do you know why this occurs? It starts off ok at 00:00:00, but then starts to be off by a few seconds and now it's off by 8.
