When i am putting protective stop orders, they are getting filed immediately, even if few points form the market.
Please, advise, how to resolve this problem.

In case the question is not clear, here is one example - market moved in my directions and shows P/L +3 points. I am bringing a stop loss from - 2 points to + 1 points. As soon as i pace it, the orders fills, even if the market is 2 points away.

Thank you.

Is Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On disabled?

If so, then contact your trading service provider to have them look at this.

I did contacted AMP and had a long-long chat, plus remote assistance, and they said to not know how to fix it and indicated to contact you.
Thank you.

So you are saying you notice the same problem when using Trade Simulation Mode as well?

With live trading, these orders are filled by the exchange so the behavior is not something you can change and it would seem like the problem is the data feed is lagging and you are not seeing the real price activity at the time you modify the order.

You also may want to use a Stop-Limit order:

I can see clearly market data, on MES.

I know you normally asking to not sent you screen short, but in this case, just to show, what happened on my live account - i did use Stop Limit order.

When I opened position at 2975.75 market plunged in my direction for few ticks, and I tried to put my stop order above what it was micro resistance, at 76.50, but it filled immediately at 2975.75, and market was no there by any means.

You need to contact the exchange and discuss this with them. This is not within the scope of our support.

If you want to review all of your actions from Sierra Chart and the order fills you can find the information in the Trade Activity Log:

The same is happening in Sim - when i am having position, and putting a stop order 1,2,3 points far from market it is filing immediately.

Stop/limit orders are filed as market.

Exchange could not be helpful at all at this stage - the same problem is on Sim as on Live.
Please, my time is also not to be wast.

Thank you.

Yes but you need to contact the exchange for them to explain how the orders are filling on their side. We will not help with that.

For an understanding of how a Stop-Limit order is filled in Trade Simulation Mode, refer to:
Trade Simulation: How Orders are Filled

That section also shows how you can determine what the bid and ask prices were at the time of the fill. This is essential to understand.

So through the Trade Activity Log data, you are able to see the price at the time the order was submitted and the bid and ask prices which are used to fill the order at the time of the fill.

It appears you are not willing to listen me with a bit of diligence attention, since I am your user from 2011, this problem was not present.
It still be fine on my old station.
The stop-limit orders fills at market are only on a new station.
Hope it can help to finally have this problem resoled.

Sorry, for some reason I missed to paste it

You can see all of the pricing in this line:
Fill 2019-08-08 04:40:02.003 [Sim]MESU9-CME Trade simulation fill. Bid: 2887.25 Ask: 2887.50 Last: 2887.50 1025 1025 Market 1 Sell Filled 2887.25 1 Sim1 Open -1 1025.1

You can see the bid price, the ask price and the last trade price as well as the fill price (2887.25). Explain to us why you think you should be getting a different fill price or the order should be triggered at a different time.

For some reason I still not receiving assistance from you.

One more time - it is not about Bid, Ask - it is simply about my Stop orders are filled immediately, as it is market.

I should admit after 2 months and 1 week , it is frustrating.

Thank you for the attention and the solution.

We are declining further support here. We have provided an abundant amount of help and you are very very mistaken if you think it is our responsibility to help you with something the exchange needs to help you with.

I am not mistaken - you are sadly mistaken.

Exchange has nothing to do with this - this is simple issue of the stop order executing wrongly as simple market order.

I do not have this problem on my old pc.

For all the users of Sierra - my broker AMP helped, should contact them before:
in order to place stop order, just use the right click instead of the left

But we did not know you were using something other than a Stop order. Our understanding was that this was a stop order. There is an order confirmation which does indicate the order type.

And we did ask for the trade activity log and what we saw was a Market order. It was neither a stop or a Limit order. There was nothing unusual about that order fill.
