hello i am having a problem with your platform updating rithmic i placed a few trades today successful ones only to find out that the trades where not logged or past onn how ever it works with rithmic there for i have lost money this issue needs to be sorted out.

It sounds like you were still in Simulation Mode. Ensure that there is not a checkmark next to Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On to know for sure that you are in Live trading with Rithmic rather than Simulation Mode. Refer to the following documentation:
