I don't seem to have any of the many options available on the VLT other than Date, Time and Date & Time. All others are unavailable? Thank you.

Thank you maybe you could tell me how to get a feature included in just about every platform including Ninja Trader, Motive Wave, FT, Esignal, Tradestation etc etc etc and the list goes on.

As a trader for many years and a platform user since Signal Writer and Super Charts in mid 90's I've have never received such an off handed reply from a support department.

We have given you a correct answer to the question. In the Tool Configuration window for the Vertical Line tool, there are numerous options which are disabled because they are not applicable to the Vertical line tool. They have no relationship to it, as should be clear. The tool shares a common settings panel with other tools.

We have no idea what feature you are even referring to? And we do not understand the purpose of the posting. What is the purpose of being critical to us.

And when it comes to E-Signal, those guys will breach contracts without a second thought and have no morals. We have absolutely no respect whatsoever for them.

Sierra Chart offers superior engineering to all those programs you mentioned. And we continue to work at making Sierra Chart better and better.

I'm not about to start running down other products however I would agree that SC is a great and well thoughtout product which is why I am working hard and spending so much time with it but a short statement with no explanation except "yes they are not available" was pretty poor by any standards.

Why could you not have simply said these are available via the XYZ tool at >>>> as opposed to the Vertical Line tool and offered some direction?

Surely a such a sophisticated and well thought out program deserves just a little more effort from support when replying to genuine customer enquiries.
