Trailing stop quantities, DOM settings

I have 2 questions:

I want to enter a trade long with a quantity of 4 - I've setup 2 targets, and a triggered trail stop with a stop offset of 15, and a trigger offset of 5. The trail stop part of the order attached will not allow me to input a quantity of more than 2, otherwise it won't match. That being said, if the trade goes against me, it only stops out 2 of my contracts, leaving my other 2 contracts left alone, which I end up manually closing. Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong here? I want the trail stop to stop all 4 contracts.

Also - I lost connection earlier due to internet issues, and when I closed and re-opened the platform, I had to click the M button in the DOM, and re-select Support Scale in / out, as well as turning off trade confirmations. Is this because the platform is currently on SIM? Just want to be able to retain these settings.

Thank you for any help.

What you want to do is make sure there is just one single Stop order and set the OCO Group setting to All OCO Groups:
Attached Orders: OCO Group (Group)

You need to save your layout/setup as a Chartbook and then you can easily reopen it:

Thanks.

I left the platform open all night - and just now placed a sim trade. The DOM M button lost my order confirmation and Support Scale in / out was unchecked again. I had to re-check them. I have my chartbook saved as well.
