Hi,

I'm trying to setup the TSX data feed in Sierra charts.

I have followed the instructions the best I can understand them and I am always sent back to this page. (see attached screen shot).

I need help. Can you do a remote assistance ?

You need to complete the market data agreement here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeDataFeedFeatures#Agreements


When that is done you can then activate the exchange if you require real-time data for TSX.

In regards to post #2, that is the correct service which you have already selected. You can find the symbols here:

Hi,

I filled out the agreements but do not have TSX No Real-Time data.

What am I doing wrong?

Restart Sierra Chart, and then open a chart using a TSX symbol:

Hi,
I re-started SC and then selected the SC Data-All Services.
Only Non-Real-time is available (see attached screen shots).
I also attached the Message Log.
