Is there a way to designate that you want +/- to be "50" instead of zero? I'm trying to get my RSI to change color above or below the "50". Thank you

If you want repaint study with autocoloring function based on +/- dynamic "null" line , you can download study for free from our CZ/SK forum
(just Study in dll file, not code).

No, this is not supported. You would need to create your own custom study that does custom coloring:
Advanced Custom Study Interface and Language (ACSIL)
