Chart Value, two questions: 1. not moving, showing only last candle value 2. how to make it appear on every bar when I am clicking (now i have to choose it from menu) Thank you.

The Chart Values Window does only show the values for the last bar. That is correct functioning. What you want to use is the Tool Value Window. Just select Window >> Tool Values Window.
