NOT SHOWING LIVE DATA ON DOM EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS I AM CONNECTED

Hello,

This is my first day with software and I am having some trouble. I opened the DOM for the ZN and no data is showing up on the bids and offers. It says that I am connected and I am connected to the " SC DATA- all services data line. I have already tried using the website for support, but nothing seems to be working.

Also, is there a way to add more columns to the DOM? I would like to see how many current bids/offers are being printed during trading. (similar to the Jigsaw DOM). Please assist. I copied my message log underneath. Thank you

There are a limited number of instruments that have real-time data without a subscription to a real-time service. You will find the information on what is available here:

In addition to the prior post, what data feed do you use with Jigsaw? You may be able to use the same one with Sierra Chart if it is Rithmic or CQG.

All of this is on a simulator account. I don't have an account an Jigsaw, but I have been watching tutorial videos and they use jigsaw. Do I have pay extra to use Rithmic or CQG for data feed on a simulator account?
